A fuel truck exploded in the Libyan capital Tripoli on Wednesday, causing panic among residents at a time when the regime of leader Moammar Gadhafi is battling rebel forces across much of the country. It was not immediately clear whether the explosion was an act of sabotage. The truck caught fire and flipped on its side as it exploded. Four fire engines arrived and were battling the flames.
